These Terms and Conditions govern use of Darfun Labs websites, applications, products, services, events, and contests (together, the "Service"). That includes motion-sense games, educational products, team experiences, and seasonal contests such as V-NAYAKAS.
The Service is operated by Darfun Labs ("we," "our," or "us").
We may assign or transfer these Terms and the operation of the Service to a successor entity. Continued use after such a transfer constitutes acceptance of the updated operating entity.
By accessing, playing, purchasing, or otherwise using any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
A specific product, contest, or facilitated session may have extra rules shown at signup or checkout. Those rules apply in addition to these Terms. If they conflict, the extra rules apply to that offering only.

Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to make a payment or to accept these Terms on your own behalf.
Children and other participants may use family, classroom, or contest offerings only under the supervision of a responsible adult. That adult is responsible for their safety, consent, and use of any camera or device.

Description of Service
Darfun Labs builds and operates motion-sense games and related experiences. Offerings may include browser-based play that uses a device camera and on-device pose tracking, classroom products, facilitated team sessions, and contests (including V-NAYAKAS).
Unless we say otherwise in writing, the games and contests are for entertainment, learning, or team activity. They are not a religious service, not medical advice, and not a substitute for formal education.

License to Use
Subject to these Terms, we grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use the Service for personal, family, classroom, or authorized team use, as described for that product.
You may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, resell, or commercially exploit the Service except as we expressly allow in writing.
All intellectual property in the games, artwork, questions, software, brands, and related materials remains our exclusive property or that of our licensors.

Physical Activity and Safety
Some products involve physical movement such as stepping, reaching, and tracking objects on screen.
Medical disclaimer. The Service provides software and experiences only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Assumption of risk. You voluntarily assume the risks of physical activity, including slips, collisions with furniture, and similar accidents.
Play space. The supervising adult or session host must keep a clear, well-lit area, keep any camera at a safe distance (step back when prompted), and stop play if anyone feels unwell.

Camera and Device
Pose and motion products require camera permission. Tracking runs in the browser or app on your device. If permission is refused, those products will not work.
You are responsible for your device, internet connection, browser or app compatibility, and camera quality.

Contests and Leaderboards
Some offerings, including V-NAYAKAS, may include timed play, scores, leaderboards, or prizes as described on the relevant page at the time of entry.
We may set eligibility, fair-play, and disqualification rules for a contest. We may withhold, cancel, or adjust results if we reasonably believe there was misuse, technical error, or a breach of these Terms.

No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, accuracy of quiz or educational content, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Darfun Labs (including its employees, contractors, and successor entities) is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including physical injury, unsafe play spaces, service interruptions, data loss, or technical errors.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the relevant part of the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or zero if you have not paid.

Payments and refunds
If a fee is shown (for example an entry, access, product, or session payment via UPI or another provider), pricing and taxes will be stated at checkout. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.
This refund policy applies to any payment made for Darfun Labs products, services, events, or contests (including V-NAYAKAS).
All payments are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations.
Our offerings are digital products, software access, experiences, and contests. Access or participation is provided as described at the time of payment. We do not refund for:
- change of mind
- unused, partial, or late use of a product, service, or contest
- device, camera, browser, or internet issues on your side
- dissatisfaction with scores, content, facilitation, or results
- inability to play or attend because camera permission was denied, the play space is unsuitable, or a device requirement was not met
Where Indian law expressly requires a remedy, that legal requirement applies. Otherwise, no refund will be issued.
If the same payment is charged more than once because of a payment-provider error, contact us with the transaction references. We will help investigate a duplicate debit. Correcting a duplicate charge is not a refund of a completed purchase.

Fair Use
We may suspend or end access if you misuse the Service, interfere with security, cheat, harass others, or break the law.

Service Availability
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uptime. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including network failures or device issues.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Darfun Labs against claims arising from your use of the Service, an unsafe play or session environment, your negligence, or your breach of these Terms.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
